As AM General’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Dave Richeson leads the execution of the company’s manufacturing operations, quality assurance, product engineering, and product development. Reporting to President and CEO, John Chadbourne, Dave will also collaborate with executive leadership ensure the company’s strategic priorities are met in support of the service members who use AM General’s products and services around the world.

Dave has over 30 years of experience in corporate performance and profit improvement across many industries, including automotive, aerospace, utilities, and industrial sectors. He has driven operational execution with a focus on continuous improvement, strategic alignment, operational efficiencies, and building a strong safety-first culture. Dave began his career at General Motors and advanced through organizations becoming the President and CEO of Stabilus North America. After a successful turnaround and sale of the business he moved into consulting where he has served many clients over the years. Most recently he served as President of CeramTec North America, a manufacturer of highly technical ceramics.

Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Kansas and has held board positions as well as served on the leadership teams for multiple philanthropic organizations.
