Paris, France, June 17, 2026 – AM General, leading global military mobility solutions provider, and Marshall Land Systems, a UK-headquartered company specialising in the design, manufacture and support of robust deployable infrastructure and platform-integrated capabilities, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at Eurosatory to certify Marshall Land Systems as an Authorised Service Provider of AM General’s HUMVEE Platform. This comes as the two companies have formally partnered to support the IRONCLAD Team efforts in pursuit of the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) Light Mobility Vehicle (LMV) Programme.

“We couldn’t be more excited to make Marshall Land Systems an Authorised Service Provider for the HUMVEE platform,” said John Chadbourne, AM General President and CEO. “This addition to our partnership is a testament to the strong relationship we have built with Marshall Land Systems and our confidence in their ability to provide world class service in support of our product offering for the LMV Programme. This will position Marshall Land Systems with the ability to provide those same services to NATO HUMVEE users in the European Region.”

AM General Authorised Service Providers provide full lifecycle support to worldwide customers including trouble shooting and diagnostics, parts service, and maintenance support for the HUMVEE platform. Currently there are over 350,000 HUMVEE vehicles deployed worldwide, with 17 NATO users in Europe as well as multiple countries globally.  This training will provide Marshall Land Systems with the ability to provide through-life support for the HUMVEE platform fielded by the UK MoD.

“We’re delighted to partner with AM General, a globally recognised brand with a fleet of hundreds of thousands of vehicles operating worldwide,” said Gareth Williams, Marshall Land Systems CEO. “This continued partnership reinforces the strong relationship between our two organisations, enabling us to grow our capabilities in the UK, Europe and beyond. We’re optimistic about what the future holds and the potential we can achieve together.”

The IRONCLAD Team, currently comprising AM General and Marshall Land Systems, is pursuing the UK LMV programme solicitation and continues to grow. AM General’s HUMVEE is a battle-proven, light weight, purpose-built military platform that provides modularity to perform multiple mission sets on the same common chassis.  Marshall Land Systems is a global leader in supporting NATO and their allies with deployable and mission critical infrastructure, integrated platform solutions, and managed support services. IRONCLAD is working to provide next generation of light tactical vehicles for the UK MOD.
