March 13, 2020 — AM General is committed to everyone’s health and well-being. Given the expanding number of areas affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19), effective immediately, all visitors entering AM General facilities will be required to follow enhanced entry procedures:
- All visitors will be asked to complete the COVID-19 Visitor Questionnaire prior to access to an AMG facility. The questionnaire will be administered by the appropriate facility receptionist or security personnel.
- Visitors who answer “yes” to any of the questions on the questionnaire or refuse to answer the questionnaire will be denied access and asked to either contact their host by phone or reschedule the visit at least 14 days later.
- Potential visitors who have originated from, or traveled to or through, any Level 2 or 3 country (China, Italy, Iran, South Korea), or any country identified as at-risk, are NOT permitted in any AM General Facility.
As the situation remains fluid, this policy is subject to change. We will do our best to communicate any changes or updates to these guidelines, as appropriate. Thank you for your patience and support with these health and safety measures.
