Diesel Fuel Injection Pump-Sustainment Maintenance Level Support Information
Course Description:
Sustainment Maintenance Support Training for the fuel system and fuel injection pump will consist of disassembly, diagnosis, inspection, cleaning, testing, reassembly and final inspection of the fuel pump. System diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair and replacement procedures will be taught for the complete fuel system. Additionally, use and care of special tools will be an integral part of this training course. This course will be three days in length, eight hours per day. Class starts at 0730. The student to instructor ratio is 8:1. Books, training materials and equipment are provided.
