Full Time Field Service and Support
AM General will provide resident Field Service Representatives (FSRs)
to our customers at their facilities for extended periods. Resident
FSRs are the customer's direct link to AM General for mission readiness
support, providing up-to-date technical expertise and hands-on training.
Our FSR staff have many years of active duty, U.S. military automotive
maintenance and training experience, in addition to extensive knowledge
of AM General products.
AM General's Field Service Representatives can provide:
- Vehicle deprocessing
